We're partnering with a leading Sydney organisation looking to bring on an IT Operations Manager on a 3-month contract with potential to extend. A hands-on role leading a small support team through an office relocation and a new phone system rollout, while keeping day to day operations running smoothly.

The Opportunity

Lead the technology side of an office move, coordinating setup and getting the new site operational
n
Deliver a recent cloud phone system rollout, including configuration, migration and user onboarding
n
Onboard and oversee an external managed service provider taking on network support
n
Manage a small helpdesk team, setting priorities and supporting their development
n
Keep BAU support running while project work is underway
n
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues across the business
n
n




What we're looking for
n
n
Background as a Technical Operations Leader or L3 Engineer
n
Comfortable working hands-on while managing a small team
n
Experience delivering office relocations, system rollouts or similar infrastructure projects
n
Exposure to cloud telephony platforms such as RingCentral, 8x8, Teams Phone or Zoom Phone
n
Experience coordinating external vendors or managed service providers
n
