We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail loving Sales & Leasing Administrator to join our friendly and rapid-paced team. If you're someone who enjoys variety, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and has a flair for marketing, this role could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

/n

/n
Coordinating contract documentation – authorities, leases, and contracts

/n
Managing listing content – uploading, proofing, and selecting property images

/n
Preparing high-quality reports for clients and internal teams

/n
Updating databases and supporting with data entry Collaborating with our agents to bring marketing campaigns to life

/n/n

A creative eye for property marketing will definitely give you an edge!

What We're Looking For:

Robust initiative with a passion for problem-solving

Your Background:

Reliable car + valid driver's licence

/n
National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)

/n
Year 12 (VCE) completion

/n
1–2 years of admin experience in real estate

/n/n

Bonus Points for:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

/n
Working knowledge of MS Teams & Share Point
