The team here at ANZ Docklands are looking for Kitchen Hands to work in our corporate cafe!
n
(Certificates required to apply: Food Handlers, Right to Work Check, Sidekicker OH&S; Induction, National Police Check)
n
What you'll do
n
n
Washing and cleaning of all cutlery, crockery, kitchen dishes and equipment
n
Ensuring all food areas are clean and sanitary
n
Implementing and upholding all hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
n
Assist in the safe removal of rubbish and recycling of both wet and dry kitchen waste
n
Assist in the safe transportation of trollies and other equipment around the kitchen and service areas
n
Assisting the chef in preparing and cooking food, as required (wraps, salads etc.)
n
Handling, sorting and distributing food items
n




Other kitchen duties as needed and requested
n
Assist with Front of House set up each morning
n
Assist with Front of House service during peak periods
n
n
Hours
n
n
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 7am to 3:30pm
n
Fridays - 10am to 4pm.
n
n

This chance is to build out a Talent Pool to help ad-hoc fulfillment of shifts.
n
There is potential for 2-3 shifts per week and eventual ongoing direct employment with ANZ.
