Clitic Technologies Pty Ltd The Analyst programmer at Clitic is responsible for understanding business needs, documenting the software requirements specification, Implementing the solution and deploying the same while maintaining the quality and respective documentation.

Task & responsibilities
n
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify system gaps (both functional and non functional), elicit and document requirements for system enhancements Translate business requirements, system program needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria Contribute to solution design, effort estimation, change requests impact analysis, Develop & deliver quality code (including configurations) per design & requirements, perform code & unit test plan reviews, conduct independent testing and sign off to build application conforming to project standards and requirements Perform
integration/system/performance
testing based on test plans and supports UAT to ensure defect free
program/modules/system/infrastructure
release Generate and share documentation required for delivery of program including operational guide for post deployment support, configuration guides and user guides Monitor deployed system in production and its operational behaviour using observability tools and act proactively to troubleshoot and resolve issues Analyse/Debug incident tickets, fix program to resolve and verify fix, maintain and meet SLAs, performing and eliminate root causes, executing process improvement to reduce future to improve
application/system/infrastructure.

Mentor and lead team on
technical/process/quality

Qualification & experience
n
n
10+ years' experience as a programmer/lead developer
n
Backbase front end developer Certification
n
Good experience working in software solutions for financial sector
n
Demonstrated experience working with Angular 4, Javascript, SQL, HTML5, ReactJS, Oracle and Backbase 5
n
Hands on experience in analyse logs, alerts and system behaviour to support issue mitigation and resolution
n
Strong banking domain understanding including regulatory compliance needs, AML, lifecycle management of banking products
n
Good stakeholder management skills (including customer).
n
Advanced skills in problem solving, decision making and critical thinking.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead junior technical members
n
