Ambition Recruitment is partnering with a large Victorian public health and research organisation to recruit a Senior Payroll Specialist.
You will join as the 2IC to the Payroll Manager, alongside 8 Payroll Officers and a Team Leader overseeing a payroll for around 4,200 staff.
The role is technical and varied with a transparent path for succession.
You'll handle complex payroll queries, interpret EAs/Awards, validate payments, and support audits while coaching the team through changes and system
