WesTrac is seeking a documentation specialist to translate hands-on workshop knowledge into transparent, safety-driven standard work. You will partner with supervisors, trades and engineers to capture best practices and produce build, strip-down and assembly instructions that meet WesTrac and Caterpillar standards.
This role focuses on documenting processes, capturing data to boost efficiency and quality, and delivering procedures on time in a fast-paced workshop environment.
