We are seeking experienced Windscreen Fitters to join our high‐performing team across multiple locations in Southeast Queensland.
n
About The Role
n
As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you'll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers. You'll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This is a hands‐on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine.

About You
n
n
Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade
n
Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols
n
Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule
n
Excellent problem‐solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
n
A customer‐first mindset and strong communication skills
n
Hold current C Class Driver's Licence
n
Ability to successfully complete a pre‐employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check
n
