This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and is looking to build a career in sales. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Counter, phone, and email customer service
n
Processing orders and providing product support
n
Building strong relationships with all customers
n
Assisting in all aspects of the business
n
Working as part of a quick-paced, supportive team
n
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
n
Checking goods against delivery documentation
n
Receiving incoming stock and putting products away correctly
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n

About you
n

Confident communication and strong customer service skills
n
Sales experience preferred but not essential
n
Willingness to learn (full on-the-job training provided)
n
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment
n
Strong attention to detail
