As a Distribution Enablement Specialist within Flight Centre's Global Supply division, you will play a critical role in ensuring land products are accurate, discoverable, and compliant across our distribution systems.
n
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and technology partners, you will help drive operational excellence through quality assurance, process improvement, and system enablement.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to combine analytical thinking, business process expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to make a meaningful impact on product performance and customer outcomes.
n
While the preference is for Brisbane, for the right candidate the role may be based in all AU cities with a Flight Centre head office.
n
What you will do:
n
n
Own hotel and room mapping, as well as Meridian rules and content, ensuring product presentation remains accurate and current
n
Monitor scheduled system jobs and conduct product availability checks and audits
n
Investigate, elevate, and resolve product and system issues while identifying trends to improve accuracy and performance
n
Maintain geolocation mapping, labels, insurance information, visa information, and manufactured product content
n
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Meridian and related enablement systems
n
Support, contribute to, and help implement system enhancements and improvements
n
Develop clear business processes, training materials, and user-friendly documentation that simplify complex concepts for stakeholders
n
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure product quality, consistency,
and compliance with internal standards and partner expectations
n
Collaborate with Distribution, Supply TechOps, Partnerships, Brands, Suppliers, and Vendors to solve problems and support successful business initiatives
n
Contribute to achieving Distribution OKRs, KPIs, and operational objectives
n
Analyze business requirements and support process improvement initiatives
n
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
n

What you will need:
n
n
Minimum 4 years' travel industry experience in distribution, systems, or a related field
n
Experience applying business analysis methodologies
n
Experience documenting business requirements, business processes, training documentation, and support artifacts
n
Degree, certification, or 4+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related discipline
n
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
n
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
n
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
n
