Are you an organised HR qualified who enjoys supporting people and keeping processes running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join a collaborative team on a temporary contract during an exciting period of transition.

Location: Eastern Suburbs

Contract: Temporary

In this role, you'll:
n
n
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
n
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
n
Maintain employee records and HRIS (ELMO experience highly regarded)
n
Respond to People & Culture enquiries with professionalism and care
n
Assist with process documentation, handovers and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Help ensure a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle
n

We're looking for someone with:
n
n
Experience in a People & Culture or HR Coordinator/Administrator role
n
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
n
Experience with ELMO or another HRIS (highly regarded)
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive, adaptable and service-focused approach
n
n
