A consulting firm is seeking a Senior Consultant-level Data Analyst to join an active data program supporting robotics and automation initiatives within a medical devices manufacturing environment. The consultant will be embedded in a high-performing team that takes strong pride in the quality and rigour of their delivery, spanning both analytics reporting and data engineering across structured and unstructured data in the cloud.
n
Beyond the immediate engagement, this role carries genuine growth potential, with the expectation that the right candidate could evolve into a Principal-level contributor over time. The ideal talent is an experienced, commercially minded data professional who is equally comfortable presenting insights to C-suite executives and rolling up their sleeves on technical delivery — with insurance industry experience highly valued given the firm's significant presence in that sector.
n
Key Activities

n
Analyse and interpret complex structured and unstructured datasets across the in-flight manufacturing and robotics data program, translating findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Build and maintain analytics reporting outputs and dashboards that communicate program progress and performance metrics to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Work across ERP systems and SQL databases to extract, transform, and integrate data across the enterprise data environment.
n
Engage proactively with client stakeholders — in structured settings and informally — demonstrating strong interpersonal skills,
professional presence, and sound judgement in every interaction.
n
Operate with a high degree of autonomy: take ownership of a defined outcome, determine the approach, and drive it to completion with minimal hand-holding.
n
Contribute collaboratively to the broader team culture — sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and maintaining the team's standard for delivery excellence.
