About the Role

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Experience: 7-12+ years within an architectural practice, with strong project delivery experience
n
Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)

Local Experience: Minimum 3+ years within a Sydney architectural practice

The Role – Project Leader
n
In this role, you will take ownership of project packages while supporting the transition into leading larger projects through delivery phases. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining design integrity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all stages.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Leading and managing project packages from documentation through to delivery
n
Supporting or stepping into the delivery of larger-scale projects
n
Producing and overseeing detailed documentation in Revit
n
Coordinating consultants and managing project interfaces
n
Contributing to design development while ensuring technical resolution
n
Managing timelines, deliverables, and quality control across project stages
n
Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
n
Resolving complex technical challenges throughout documentation and construction
n
n
About You
n
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
n
7-12+ years' skilled experience, ideally across multi-residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
n
Proven experience leading project packages and contributing to delivery phases
n
Strong proficiency in Revit with demonstrated project-based experience
n
Solid understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning controls
n
Strong technical, coordination, and documentation capabilities
n
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with consultants and stakeholders
n
Ambition to step into a Project Leader role on larger, more complex projects
n
Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
n
Currently based in Sydney with local industry experience
