We are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join our high-performing project team, driving quality, safety and productivity across site operations.

About the role
n
The Finishes Foreman will be responsible for the following key areas:
n

Overseeing trades and subcontractors on site.
n
Implementing quality assurance (QA) and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
n
Collaborating with subcontractors to address any WHS, quality, or constructability challenges.
n
Coordinating site logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation.
n
Ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
n
Communicating with the team to meet budgetary and scheduling requirements in accordance with the project program.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience delivering high-rise residential construction projects
n
Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage complex site activities
n
Proven leadership managing crews and subcontractors
n
Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
n
Well organised, proactive and able to keep works aligned with programme
n
Relevant trade qualification with strong communication skills
n
