Job Description
Pinpoint Property Recruitment is seeking a hands-on maintenance coordinator for a Ringwood aged care facility.
You will oversee room refurbishments, site upkeep and proactive maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming workplace for residents and staff.
You will log tasks in the asset management system, coordinate external trades, and participate in daily care-team huddles.
A current driver's licence, police check and relevant screenings are required.
