About the role:
n This role sits within the property finance team of a leading ASX-listed property group and supports a high-performing portfolio. Working closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers, the position is responsible for full-spectrum property accounting including monthly P&L; reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, and outgoing recoveries.

Key responsibilities include:

Prepare monthly financial statements, analysis, and generate reporting packs for property portfolios
n




Conduct monthly financial reviews with key stakeholders, providing accounting guidance and discussing the financials
n
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all items are reconciled and addressed promptly
n
Prepare accruals, prepayments, and other relevant property journals.
n
Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets
n
Drive process improvement by proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to systems and procedures
n
n
About You:
n This position is ideally suited to a first mover from audit or business services, or someone with commercial experience across property or funds management.
n
n
Degree qualified and working towards CA or CPA qualification
n
Real Estate experience advantageous
n
Exposure to reporting and analysis using an ERP
n
Robust knowledge of Excel
n
