Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
Minimum 18 months recent midwifery experience
Recent experience in Birth Suite, Antenatal and/or Postnatal care
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient-centred care approach
Current National Police Check

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality maternity care to women and families
Support women throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period
Conduct maternal and fetal assessments and monitoring
Provide education and support around newborn care and breastfeeding
Respond effectively to maternity emergencies when required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
