The Role
n
The Business Development Manager is responsible for drivingstrategic growth for the studio through proactive relationship-building,partnerships, and early-stage project involvement.
n
This role focuses on long-term, sustainable growth, buildinga strong, predictable pipeline across residential, multi-residential, andaligned commercial opportunities.

The Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new businessopportunities
n
Build and maintain strong relationships withdevelopers, consultants, and industry partners
n
Act as a trusted point of contact for keyexternal relationships
n
Nurture long-term partnerships that align withthe studio's positioning and values
n
Attend relevant industry events, memberships,and networking opportunities




n
Represent the brand confidently andprofessionally
n
Build and manage a sustainable, forward-lookingpipeline
n
Track leads, opportunities, and conversionrates
n
Provide reporting and insights on marketactivity and development trends
n
Identify emerging opportunities within thelocal and regional market
n
Work closely with leadership and the ProjectCoordinator to ensure smooth handover of new projects
n
Align growth efforts with studio capacity anddelivery capability
n
Support and represent the brand evolution through strategicpartnerships and positioning
n

The Requirements

Background in interior design, construction,property development, or professional services preferred
n
Established network within the residential ordesign/construction industry (highly regarded)
n
Strong communication and presentation skills
n
Commercially minded with an analytical approachto growth

Proactive, confident, and self-motivated
