About the Role
n
We're looking forTWO foundation trainersto join our Mosman team and ONE Trainer to join our St Ives team.
n
The right candidates will have future opportunities for mentoring into management and even business ownership.
n
Assist the owners in community outreach and pre-sale marketing initiatives
n
Inspire and coach members to achieve life‐long health & fitness results
n
Deliver 1:1 personal training sessions and small group sessions
n
Educate clients on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices
n
Assist in client acquisition, brand awareness and sales
n
Build your own client database with the support of our systems
n
Track client progress weekly and celebrate wins
n
Be part of a vibrant, friendly, community-driven studio
n

Who We're Looking For:
n
Qualified PTs
n
(You have a tertiary Australian recognised qualification in Personal Training):
n
Ready to hit the ground running with clients
n
Enthusiastic about building a thriving PT business
n
Passionate about guiding members to long-term success
n
Motivated to excel in your career in fitness
n
Positive, driven, and people-focused
n
What you need to apply
n
The essentials:
n
You must have an Australian recognised qualification in Personal Training
n
Current, in date First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
Employee Working with Children Check
n
What you will need to obtain (if not already):
n
Fitness Registration with a fitness governing body
n
Level 1 Trainer Boxing Qualification
n
Pre‐and Postnatal qualification
n
In addition, we'll look for evidence of:
