THE ROLE
n

Lead the overall delivery and performance of multiple commercial construction projects.
n
Provide strategic direction across project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
n
Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Site Managers and broader delivery teams.
n
Oversee financial performance, forecasting, programme, procurement and project risk.
n
Maintain senior-level relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
n
Drive operational efficiency, systems, processes and continuous improvement across the business.
n
Oversee major project opportunities, tenders and contract negotiations.
n
Ensure strong standards across safety, quality, commercial performance and project delivery.
n
Take ownership of overall construction performance and help drive the continued growth of the business.

YOU
n
n
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within commercial construction.
n
Solid background overseeing multiple projects and high-performing project teams.
n
Experience managing and mentoring Project Managers and broader construction teams.
n
Strong commercial acumen with a proven understanding of budgets, margins, forecasting and risk.
n
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, contracts, procurement and project delivery.
n
Confident managing senior clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
n
Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business performance.
n
Ability to balance operational delivery with broader business objectives.
