About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team at our West Melbourne office.
n
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products throughout the manufacturing process. You'll be responsible for performing Quality Control inspections on incoming goods, in-process products and outgoing goods in accordance with approved inspection instructions and quality requirements.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a quick‐paced technical environment and collaborating with cross‐functional teams to support quality outcomes and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Inspecting incoming materials, in-process items, and final assemblies against drawings and specifications using measuring tools.
n
Assisting the Quality Manager in resolving issues CPAR's, creating non‐conformance reports, and performing First Article inspections.
n
Efficiently using the ERP systems to record inspections, and handle quality transactions.
n
Maintaining accurate inspection records and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and company systems to ensure traceability.
n
Ensuring all files and records comply with Tectonica's ISO **** Quality Management System requirements and document control procedures.

About You
n
n
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science or a related field
n
Proven 2 years' experience as Quality Inspector in a manufacturing or electronics environment
n
Intermediary proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
n
Ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt to changes
n
Australian citizenship or right to work in Australia
n
