Job Description
Milestone IT is partnering with a large, well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering key business and technology initiatives, on an initial 12-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst who enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and driving meaningful outcomes across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
n
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
n
Produce high-quality business and functional requirements documentation.
n
Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
n
Support testing, user acceptance activities, and implementation planning.
n




Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
n

About You:
n
n
Ideally 5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst.
n
Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into practical solutions.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
Experience working on enterprise-scale projects.
n
Healthcare industry experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
n
