Situated in Coffs Harbour, with the largest Conference facilities between Newcastle and Tweed we are seeking a energetic full time Sales Manager to drive growth, build robust client relationships, and unlock new market opportunities.
This role focuses on contacting old business leads, winning back business, developing new sales strategy and business development, growing relationships with local government and events managers, with a focus on gaining new business. All business delivery will be handled by our operations team-allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: growing our business and driving revenue.
What You'll Do
Lead sales initiatives, campaigns, and direct booking strategies to grow revenue.
Generate recent business through networking, calls, appointments, and digital campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media sales trends
Build lasting client relationships via account management,
and contract negotiations.
Conduct site inspections and represent the Resort at industry events and client functions as required.
Collaborate on attractive sales packages and innovative products tailored to market needs.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to seize emerging prospects.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline with key accounts and industry partners.
About the Candidate
Proven experience in hotel, events, F & B or hospitality sales.
The ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at different levels.
Track record of growing sales and driving revenue growth.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
Competent in Microsoft Office and aware of social media sales trends
