The Role

As Head of Asset Management, you'll take responsibility for the overall performance, leadership and development of the asset management department.
n
You'll work closely with the wider leadership team while providing direction, structure and support to the property management team.
n
Your role will include:
n

Leading and mentoring the Asset Management team
n
Driving department performance, processes and service standards
n
Overseeing the management of commercial property portfolios
n
Supporting the team with complex landlord, tenant and property matters
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
n
Reviewing systems, procedures and efficiencies across the department
n
Supporting client retention and identifying opportunities for portfolio growth
n
Working collaboratively with Sales & Leasing and the wider business
n
Creating accountability while maintaining a positive, high-performing team culture
n

The Candidate
n
We're looking for an experienced commercial property professional who is ready to take ownership of a department.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous leadership, team management or senior property management experience
n
A strong understanding of commercial leases and property management legislation
n
The ability to mentor, develop and get the best out of a team
n
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
n
Robust commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
n
The confidence to make decisions and drive change
n
