SHEQ Administrator – Maternity Leave Cover (Casual)

About the role
n
We are looking for an organised and proactive SHEQ Administrator to join our team as maternity leave coverage on a 3-month fixed term Casual contract in Griffith NSW (Starting November 2nd ****, ending February 5th). You will support the coordination of the safety team through compliance documentation, contractor management systems, reporting and data analysis across the entire business; Australia wide.

This position is responsible for assisting the Safety team in the following duties, but not limited to:
n
n
Manage and support internal document management, learning management, and safety management systems.
n
Administer the Online Induct contractor management program, ensuring contractor compliance across all ProTen sites.
n
Review contractor documentation, including insurance and inductions, and maintain regular communication with sites and contractors.
n
Assist the SHEQ team by reviewing, updating, and maintaining Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality documentation.
n
Provide administrative support, reporting,



data entry, and data analysis to support the wider team and business operations.

Regularly come into contact with pigs or birds, including those kept at your residence.

Live with someone who works in other poultry or pig operations.
