What You'll Do

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations while leading and developing a team that delivers exceptional results.
n
Support the delivery of sales targets, KPIs and business objectives
n
Create a people-first culture by coaching, developing and empowering your team
n
Lead from the front, spending the majority of your time on the shop floor delivering memorable customer experiences
n
Drive team performance through regular coaching, feedback and development conversations
n
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
n
Execute brand standards and visual merchandising excellence throughout the store
n
Assist with roster management and labour efficiency to achieve business targets
n
Champion a safe,



inclusive and engaging environment for both customers and team members
n
Bring the Lacoste brand vision to life through exceptional service and operational excellence

Who You Are
n
n
Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader within a premium, fast-paced retail environment
n
A results-driven leader with a strong "Make It Happen" attitude
n
Passionate about coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams
n
Experienced in driving sales performance and achieving KPI targets
n
Customer-obsessed, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class experiences
n
A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to drive growth and improve performance
n
Confident managing operational responsibilities including rostering, visual merchandising and team development
n
A cooperative team player who leads with energy, positivity and accountability
n
