Job Description
Martin Brothers is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This full time role will oversee the day-to-day execution of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality work and efficient operations. As Landscape Foreman, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

You should have commercial landscaping experience and be able to run jobs, communicate with builders and run the team below including landscapers and subcontractors.

You will have a company issued work vehicle with fuel and all tools provided to run effectively.

What you'll be doing
n
Supervise and coordinate a team of landscape workers to complete projects on time and to the required standard
n
Oversee the installation of landscaping elements such as plants, trees, irrigation systems, and hardscaping
n
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all work activities
n
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues and maintain positive relationships
n
Monitor project budgets and timelines,



and report on progress to the management team
n
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to enhance efficiency
n
Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the landscaping crew
n
What we're looking for
n
Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar supervisory role in the gardening and landscaping industry
n
Strong understanding of horticulture, landscaping techniques, and the use of landscaping equipment and tools
n
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
n
A driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required
n
Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
