You'll join a close-knit team, work with an established base of recurring clients and receive specialised training in non-surgical men's hair-replacement systems—an in-demand area of the industry that most barbers never have the opportunity to learn.

This is a varied position for someone who enjoys working with clients but would also welcome creativity, responsibility and the opportunity to grow with an expanding company.

The role
n
Your primary responsibility will be delivering high-quality barbering and grooming services, progressing into specialised hair-system services through comprehensive training and support.

Your role will also include:
n

Cutting, fading, blending and styling men's hair and hair systems
n
Learning hair-system preparation, fitting, maintenance and rebonding
n
Providing discreet, compassionate and professional client care
n
Assisting with bookings, client communication and light daily administration
n
Capturing high-quality before-and-after content
n
Helping create authentic social media content showcasing our work and client transformations
n
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio
n




Contributing ideas as Rephair continues to develop and expand

About you
n
We'd love to hear from you if you:

Hold a recognised barbering or hairdressing qualification
n
Have strong men's cutting, fading, blending and styling skills
n
Are warm, reliable and confident communicating with clients
n
Understand the importance of discretion when working with hair-loss clients
n
Are comfortable appearing in or helping create social media content
n
Have excellent presentation and attention to detail
n
Are organised and willing to assist with light administrative tasks
n
Are eager to learn a valuable new specialisation
n
Want to contribute to a growing company rather than simply fill a chair
n

Previous hair-system experience is not required. The right attitude, technical foundation and ability to make clients feel comfortable are far more important—we will provide specialised training.
