We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant for our Sydney branch.
n
Requirements
n
Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) – this is essential
n
Strong communication and organizational skills
n
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory/order systems is a plus
n
Proactive team player with attention to detail
n
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Process customer orders and issue invoices in the system
n
Communicate with customers regarding stock availability, pricing, deposits, and payments
n
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to track order progress and delivery schedules
n
Maintain accurate product and order information
n




Assist in the showroom with customer visits and sales
n
Respond promptly to customer emails and internal team messages
n
Support picking, packing, and delivery during busy periods
n
Distribute new arrival images to customers and follow up on payments and delivery updates
n
Check inventory levels and communicate restock or shortage information
n
Handle customer returns and issue credit notes
n
Prepare sales reports, weekly updates, and monthly cash reports
n
Organize new arrivals and assist with collection launches or promotions
n
Maintain organized records of invoices, orders, and shipping documents
n
Support reconciliation between sales, warehouse, and accounting departments
