An outstanding prospect exists for a leadership and development coach to join a leading brand with a successful history and an exciting future. Working as part of a team the fundamental core of the role is to support the consistent design and delivery of development initiatives that improve the proficiency and expertise of their leaders.

Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Development you will have the chance to design and deliver national programs. Working with the team, some of your responsibilities will include designing and delivering programs and coaching and developing bespoke training support for Managers.
