The Role

As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the upkeep, presentation, and functionality of the property's grounds and facilities. Working within a rapid-paced hospitality environment, you will assist in coordinating maintenance activities, managing outdoor areas, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and well-presented environment. This hands-on position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team while leading by example.

Skills & Attributes




Experience in hospitality, landscaping, maintenance, trades, groundskeeping, or a similar environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Practical problem-solving ability with experience using hand and power tools safely
