About the role
n
The Learning Enrichment Coordinator provides strategic leadership and direction for students requiring personalised learning support, including students with disabilities, learning difficulties, and gifted and talented learners.
n
The role oversees the development, implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), coordinates funding and compliance processes (including NCCD), and leads a cohesive Learning Enrichment Team to ensure a whole-school approach to inclusive education.
n
Reporting to the Head of Learning, this position works closely with Heads of School, Assistant Heads of Years, teachers, wellbeing staff, families, and external professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership
n
n
Develop and implement a strategic vision for Learning Enrichment (P–12) Lead, mentor and coach the Learning Enrichment Team across Mambourin and Tarneit campuses Promote inclusive practices aligned with the College's mission and values
n

Student Support
n
n




Identify and assess students with additional learning needs Oversee IEP development, transition programs and targeted interventions Coordinate specialised programs and support services
n
n
Teacher Support
n
n
Guide staff in curriculum differentiation and inclusive strategies Provide resources, qualified learning and practical classroom support Advise on effective deployment of Learning Enrichment Officers
n
n
Compliance & Administration
n
n
Manage NCCD processes and government funding applications Coordinate special provisions (NAPLAN, VCE) Maintain accurate records and oversee the Learning Support budget Liaise with psychologists, counsellors and external agencies
n
n
Selection Criteria
n
n
VIT - Teacher's registration to teach in Victoria
n
Relevant Tertiary qualifications
n
Experience in a similar role
n
Have excellent relationship and communication skills
n
n
