Smith & Co are seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join their Ormeau team. This hands-on leadership role will lead small crews across traffic signal maintenance, fault finding and civil electrical projects while mentoring apprentices and junior electricians.

You will coordinate daily site activities, ensure works are completed safely, and uphold high standards of safety, quality and compliance on infrastructure projects throughout Queensland.
