Job Description
We are working with a Renewable Energy Developer in Melbourne looking to add a Senior Associate / Manager equivalent executive with Financial modelling skills in the broader renewable Energy space to join the team working across Commercial and Corporate aspects of the business

Key areas of responsibility of this division include M&A;, Project Financing, PPA's and other off take Agreements, Project Development and other Commercial matters
n
For this position particularly involved in commercial and financial analysis by collaborating with colleagues from across the business, both locally and internationally
n
Desirable experience:
n
-4-7 years experience within Energy Markets (M&A;/Advisory/Corporate Development / Project Financing / Investments)
n
-Experience negotiating or valuing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or commercial agreements relating to storage or variable renewable energy generation assets a plus but not a pre requisite.
