My Guardian is seeking a Head of Client Engagement for an initial 12 month contract to lead the national client engagement function from our Sydney head office. You will oversee a team of case managers delivering compassionate care, guiding intake, onboarding, and decision-making to ensure clients and families feel informed and supported.
