What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Day of Holiday Magic!)
n
n
Chatting with guests and helping them book amazing Queensland getaways
n
Handling reservations via phone, email and online with a smile
n
Assisting with booking changes, cancellations and general enquiries
n
Working with groups, corporate clients & travel agents to tailor travel packages
n
Creating custom quotes that hit the mark
n
Cross-selling and up-selling accommodation, day tours and extras
n
n

Are a confident,
friendly communicator especially on the phone
n
Have a can-do attitude and love working in a team
n
Bring a polished, professional vibe and top-notch customer service
n
Learn fast, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy environment
n
Have previous experience in travel/reservations (REI Master = a big bonus!)
n
Have sales experience or a knack for cross-selling highly desirable!
n

The Role
n
n
Full-time positions (weekday and weekend shifts between 8am–7pm)
n
Based in our Robina office – no remote work, but plenty of team fun!
n
