With a strong pipeline of secured work and long-term client relationships, we're continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team.

We're looking for an experienced estimator with a minimum of five years' experience, preferably within the Sydney metropolitan market.
/n
Duties may include:
/n
/n
Lead tender submissions from initial enquiry through to project handover
/n
Value engineering
/n
Negotiate subcontract pricing
/n
Reading and interpreting drawings
/n
Preparing accurate quantity take-offs
/n
Attending pre-tender and post-tender site meetings
/n
Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors
/n
Managing Expressions of Interests
/n/n
You'll bring:
/n
/n
Minimum of 5 years experience within the Sydney Metropolitan Area
/n
Demonstrated success in preparing competitive tenders
/n
Ability to estimate using first principles as well as using estimating software.
/n
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Project.
/n
Ability to work collaboratively within our estimating team while also managing work independently
/n
Qualified approach when dealing with clients, subcontractors and colleagues
/n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
/n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
/n
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
/n
