Obsidian is seeking a Computational Seismology & Geophysics Expert to design challenging, research-grade problems using real seismic software and workflows. You will develop setups, evaluators, and experiments, then test them against state-of-the-art AI models and iteratively improve the tasks.

You should have graduate-level training in seismology/geophysics and hands-on experience with open-source tools (SPECFEM, ObsPy, Pyrocko, SimPEG, and others).
