We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to lead and champion Health, Safety, Workplace and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives across our clients' operations.

As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for embedding a strong safety culture, supporting operational teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory, ISO and company standards. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will influence processes, systems and behaviours across the site and the organisation.

What you’ll do:
Lead, coordinate and implement HSEQ initiatives, from planning through to execution, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with ISO and company standards.
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and inspections while providing guidance, training and coaching to operational teams.
Drive health and wellbeing programs,



fostering engagement and productivity while supporting return-to-work and rehabilitation processes.

What you’ll need:
Qualifications, min. Cert IV WHS
Experience in engineering and manufacturing (preferred)
Robust technical knowledge of WHS legislation
ISO management systems and certifications
Knowledge to support injury management and RTW processes
