Little Assets Early Learning is a proudly family-owned and operated group of child focused early learning centres, built around one simple priority: children come first. We are known in the community for leading culturally safe and inclusive practices. Everyone belong here at Little Assets.

As our community continues to grow, we are looking for a energetic Centre Manager / Director to lead one of our established teams and become an important part of our close knit community.
n
This is an opportunity for a reflective, passionate leader who understands that child safety is paramount and who can translate that commitment into everyday practice, culture and decision making.

About the role
n
We are looking for someone who can:
n
n
Lead, inspire and support an established team of passionate educators
n
Put children's safety, wellbeing and best interests at the heart of every decision
n
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and educators
n
Lead with a reflective and collaborative approach
n
Develop a positive, accountable and inclusive centre culture
n
Support and mentor educators to continue growing professionally
n
Confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a thriving early learning centre
n
Be an active and visible leader within the centre community
n
n
About you
n




You are a dynamic and experienced early childhood leader who brings warmth, confidence and purpose to your leadership.
n
You will have:
n
n
A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Previous experience in a Centre Director, Centre Manager or similar leadership role
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and child safety responsibilities
n
A genuine passion for children and early childhood education
n
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
n
A reflective mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
n
The ability to lead an established team while creating an environment where educators feel supported, valued and empowered
n
n
