Emerge Early Years Services (EEYS) is a non-profit, regionally based organisation, dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the regional community. We are seeking a motivated Finance Manager to lead our finance team and drive our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and nurture a energetic finance team.
n
Design and implement robust financial governance practices.
n
Ensure compliance with all legislative and funding requirements.
n
Provide financial oversight and support the long-term sustainability of our organisation.

Desired Skills and Experience
n
Qualifications:
n
n




Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
n
Experience in financial management in the non-profit or education sectors.
n
Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards, compliance, payroll, and taxation laws.
n
Required checks: Working with Children's and Police Check, Fit and Proper Assessment.
