The Role
n
You'll take ownership of developments from concept through to delivery, working closely with the Director, consultants, clients and broader project team.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Development strategy and planning
n
Feasibility and project assessment
n
Managing consultants and project teams
n




Design coordination
n
Planning and approvals
n
Project budgets and programmes
n
Client and stakeholder management
n
Risk and issue management
n
Project delivery
n
Reporting directly to the Director
n
Driving projects forward and achieving successful outcomes
n
n
About You
n
You'll be an experienced Development Manager with 5+ years' experience and a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Retail and/or commercial development experience
n
Shopping centre experience highly regarded
n
Greenfield development experience
n
Strong commercial understanding
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills
n
Strong consultant management experience
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
A proactive, hands‐on approach
n
Ability to work autonomously
n
Ambition to grow with a boutique consultancy
n
