About the Role
n
We're seeking a Construction Estimator/Cost Planner with strong technical capability and a forward-thinking mindset.
n
This is a genuine career development opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the estimating team. You'll partner with experienced leaders, take on increasing responsibility, and help shape the future of the estimating function.

With strong CostX capability and at least 5 years' post-graduate experience, you'll play a key role in tendering, cost planning, and the continuous development of our estimating practices.

Key Responsibilities
n
Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions
n
Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes
n
Perform take-offs and benchmarking using CostX
n
Analyse historical cost data to improve accuracy and outcomes
n
Collaborate with project teams to align scope, budget, and risk
n




Identify and implement process improvements, including automation
n
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team
n
About You
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in construction estimating or cost planning
n
Strong, hands‐on CostX expertise
n
Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and pricing
n
Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
n
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
n
Explicit and confident communication skills
n
Motivated to grow your career and take on increasing responsibility over time
