Business Development Representative | 12-Month Contract | SaaS

Unbound Systems, a brand of Aluminium Industries (Ai), offers software for manufacturers and distributors built by people who’ve worked in manufacturing themselves. Our modules (eCommerce, CRM, Product Configurator) help Australian manufacturers and distributors manage their businesses better.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join us on a 12-month contract to drive our outbound sales engine. This is a full-time role, but we’re open to someone looking for a part time position.

You’ll own the front end of our sales funnel, building a market map of SYSPRO users across Australia, generating qualified opportunities, and booking demos for our sales team to close.

What you’ll do:
Build and maintain a complete market map of SYSPRO ERP customers in Australia
Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn to manufacturing, distribution, and wholesale businesses
Qualify prospects and book introductory demos with decision makers
Manage post-demo follow-up and pipeline nurturing
Support webinar and event campaigns
Feed market intelligence back to the team to sharpen our sales strategy

What you’ll bring:
Minimum 2 years in an outbound sales, SDR,



BDR, or telesales role, with a track record of hitting call and meeting-booking targets
A confident, professional phone manner and robust qualifying skills
Sales resilience, you navigate “no” without losing momentum
Excellent written and verbal communication, and the discipline to keep every lead moving
Experience selling B2B technology/software, and familiarity with CRM tools, is a plus
Interest in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale sectors highly regarded
Must have rights to live and work in Australia

Base salary plus commission
