An established and highly respected virtuoso travel business on the Gold Coast is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join its close-knit team.

The Role
You'll work with a loyal client base to design and book holidays, from straightforward escapes through to complex, tailor-made itineraries.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing client enquiries from initial conversation through to booking
Designing personalised holidays and itineraries
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working with quality travel suppliers and preferred partners
Providing expert destination and product advice
Managing bookings from start to finish
Supporting colleagues and contributing to a genuinely cooperative team
About You
We're looking for an experienced Travel Consultant who:
Has solid experience in retail/leisure travel
Has previous GDS experience - Amadeus is preferred, however other GDS experience will be considered with cross-training provided
Has robust destination and product knowledge
Loves talking travel and creating memorable holidays
Is confident converting enquiries into bookings
Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
Is organised and commercially minded
Enjoys working as part of a team
Values collaboration over individual competition

$70K - $75K + Super
Monday - Friday
Fully office-based - this is not a hybrid or work-from-home role
