Westside Panel Repairs, a leading automotive repair company located in Truganina, VIC, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans. You will work closely with our team of technicians and mechanics to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered to our clients.

Key responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various types of vehicles
Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
Complete all repairs and services in a timely and efficient manner
Keep accurate records of all work performed
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques




Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic or similar role
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license
Trade qualification in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred
