IT Support Engineer (On-Call/Freelance/Casual) – Brisbane

Headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, we partner with global enterprises to provide reliable onsite IT support across multiple countries.

We are currently looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to provide on-call/freelance onsite support in Brisbane, South Australia.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
n
Perform Windows operating system installations, upgrades, and re-imaging.
n
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
n
Perform basic network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.
n
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices.
n
Respond to service requests promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
n




Document all support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
n
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
n

Requirements
n
n
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
n
Strong hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
n
Valuable understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
n
Experience with operating system deployment, imaging, and break-fix support.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite assignments.
n
