We are currently seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Officer to join our team in Morwell in a Monday to Friday Concierge role. About the Role
n
As the first point of contact for our client, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Welcoming visitors, contractors and staff
n
Managing access control and visitor sign-in processes
n
Monitoring CCTV, alarms and security systems
n
Conducting regular patrols and security checks
n
Responding to incidents and emergencies
n
Providing professional customer service and information
n
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
n
Liaising with the client and emergency services when required
n
n
About You
n
To be successful you will possess:
n
n
Current Victorian Security Licence
n
Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current Working with Children's Check (Employee)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
