n As Manager, you'll take on a dual focus across client delivery and people leadership, covering:
n
Owning client engagements end-to-end, delivering robust outcomes and building lasting relationships
n
Guiding and upskilling junior team members through hands-on coaching, training and mentorship
n
Representing the firm across industry events, networking groups and professional forums
n
Being a visible, present leader who supports team collaboration and development
n
Taking part in the firm's Leadership Development Program, built to fast-track your growth in communication & feedback, stakeholder management, and business development & commercial acumen
n
