A well-regarded residential builder with a strong reputation in the custom and luxury home market is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. Known for delivering custom residential builds, this builder has a solid pipeline of work across Brisbane's Inner South and Bayside suburbs.

Your New Role
n
You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of custom residential builds in south/bayside Brisbane. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in the finished product.

Manage all on-site activity across custom home builds, from slab to handover
n
Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain quality and program
n
Liaise directly with clients on-site where required
n
Ensure compliance with QBCC standards, safety and quality requirements
n




Support scheduling and site logistics in line with the build program
n
n
What You'll Need to Succeed
n
n
Proven supervision experience on custom residential builds, renovations or luxury homes
n
Current QBCC licence
n
Strong trade background
n
Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail and finish
n
Ability to manage multiple trades and keep a site running smoothly
n
n
