BCI Minerals is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to support the Mardie Salt Operation. You will collect samples from process streams, perform elemental analyses (ICP-OES, AAS), calibrate equipment, and ensure QA/QC compliance, enabling safe, productive production.

Reporting to the Process Engineer, you will help develop the laboratory and maintain meticulous documentation while upholding rigorous safety standards and site HSE protocols. WA-based role with FIFO arrangements.
